ІННОВАЦІЙНІ ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ І ОРГАНІЗАЦІЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ ТЕХНІЧНИХ ПЕРЕКЛАДАЧІВ НА ОСНОВІ МІЖКУЛЬТУРНОЇ КОМУНІКАЦІЇ

Анотація
Студенти-гуманітарії після закінчення вузу не можуть працювати в професійних фірмах. Вони не знайомі з новими комп'ютерними програмами для виконання робіт по великим обсягам перекладу, конференц-технікою, не володіють достатньо навичками синхронного перекладу, вони не можуть знайти роботу за фахом, а фірми задихаються в умовах браку кваліфікованих кадрів. У статті запропоновано як нові інноваційні інформаційні технології дозволяють забезпечити кожному професіоналу можливість змінювати і підвищувати мовну компетентність, професійну кваліфікацію тоді, коли це необхідно. Такий підхід до навчання, на наш погляд, допоможе також вирішити проблему перекладацької готовності, проблему усвідомленого володіння теорією і практикою технічного перекладу.
